« Josiah Konder are an ever evolving pop-rock ensemble from Copenhagen. Centered around the enigmatic songwriting of Julius Ernst. Sonically, their narrative travels from Southern Europe to the frigid thicket of urban melancholy. The music is simultaneously a transgression from, and an homage to, traditional songwriting; gently leading the tango down a complex road. They play with a tangible pop approach adding a new depth to what pop music could be while a passionate wildness is luring underneath.

Josiah Konder’s upcoming second album, “Through the Stutter” will be released through Third Coming Records on September 20th. “Through the Stutter” is a run-on sentence distilled to its most visceral parts. The next single, “Out of the Hazard” will be released on September 6th. A thundering pop song that leads you through the dim melancholy towards a clearing. Confidence regained, with a friend by your side. »
