HOLDING ABSENCE

Formed in 2015, Holding Absence are a post-hardcore quartet from Cardiff, Wales delivering pummeling percussion, striking guitar riffs, and huge choruses.
When their first LP appeared in March 2019, it was a product of two different bouts of recording with two different lineups. Still, the singles « Like a Shadow » and « Dream of Me » boosted their profile, and the record garnered positive reviews. While the rest of 2019 was spent touring the continent again, 2020 was a productive year in the studio and saw them create what would ultimately became 2021’s The Greatest Mistake of My Life. However, before the record was released, Joseph departed to focus on a project with his housemate under the moniker, James & The Cold Gun, leaving a core trio of Woodland, Green, and Carey to promote it.

BLURRY EYES

Blurry Eyes est né en octobre 2020, de la rencontre entre David Commot et Pierre Maucotel. Ils seront rapidement rejoints par Aurelien Knaub et Lucas Mourot pour former un quatuor rock, indie, et énergique. Moderne par essence, nostalgique par choix, Blurry Eyes n’est rien de plus qu’un conflit entre une esthétique résolument vintage et des problématiques propre à notre génération, qu’une bataille constante entre un rock sauvage et une pop accessible, qu’un combat pour exister quand tout est perdu d’avance.

EVERAGED
(Post emo – Paris, FR)
Inspirés de groupes comme La Dispute, Dayseeker ou Casey, Everaged s’inscrit dans un paysage moderne mêlant des guitares émotionnellement chargées, des rythmes atmosphériques ou plus agressifs à des paroles sincères sonnant comme un cri du cœur.
Everaged est alors inscrit dans un style emo/alternatif/post.
