(Punk Hardcore Feminist – UK)

Petrol Girls are a feminist post-hardcore punk band, originally formed in London, with members from Austria, Lithuania and the UK. Now based all over the place and touring incessantly, the band are strong advocates of freedom of movement, anti-capitalism and intersectional feminism. Rooted in a DIY music community that has always combined politics with punk rock, Petrol Girls are part of a counter culture challenging mainstream values like nationalism and the gender binary, and the oppressions that these ideals promote. With a diverse range of influences such as Refused, The Slits, Fugazi and Bjork, and having had the pleasure to support bands such as RVIVR, H2O, Anti-Flag, Capdown and Refused, the band are constantly developing musically as well as politically, playing with time signatures and unusual song structures. The lyrics grow from direct experiences and genuine questions, pushing beyond repetitive slogans to provoke meaningful conversations about what we’re actually going to do to change something.

→ TRAVERSE
(Indie Punk – Brassneck Records (UK) – France)

Traverse est un groupe d’indie punk parisien rassemblant des actuels et ex-membres de Intenable, Mon Autre Groupe ou encore Wank For Peace. Leur première année d’existence est ponctuée par un premier EP « Winter songs from summer bruises » ainsi qu’une cinquantaine de concerts, incluant deux tournées en Europe et une aux États-Unis avec une apparition à The Fest à Gainesville en octobre dernier. Ils enregistreront fin mai leur premier album.

→ THE KANDINSKY COMPLEX
(Hard pop & Punk rock – Paris)

The Kandinsky Complex est un trio de Noisy-Power-Pop formé à Paris en 2012. Leur inspiration vient aussi bien des milieux punk, noise, metal que pop. Ils ont sorti deux démos DIY et un split 10’’ avec leurs copains de Crippled Old Farts. Ils ont joué avec Gasmask Terrör, Drache, Shub, The New Flesh, Police Control, Teledrome, Motherfucker…
