DESCRIPTION:Pour les fans de… Circa Waves\, The Wombats & The Kooks \n \nMANILLA TIMES (22h30)\n(Indie rock – Manchester\, UK)\nHailing from small idyllic villages in North Wales and Ireland respectively\, Manilla Times are an emerging modern indie rock band\, now based in Manchester.\nKnown for their energetic live set\, and catchy indie anthems\, MT aren’t showing any signs of slowing down. 2023 has been a massive year for the lads; kicking off with a sold out UK & Ireland tour in February\, playing to packed crowds in Dublin\, London\, Manchester\, Cambridge and Liverpool.\nThey’ve released 3 singles this year (Broken House\, Third Time Lucky\, and Miracle Worker) and received major radio play on BBC Introducing in Wales & Merseyside\, XS Manchester\, Radio X and Amazing Radio; not to mention landing Spotify editorial playlists ‘Proper Belters’ and ‘Fresh Finds UK & Ireland’. They played their first major festival at Y Not festival to a packed 500-cap tent\, and recently sold out the iconic 240-cap Deaf Institute in Manchester on Friday 3rd November\, marking a huge milestone in their journey so far.\nThis is only the beginning of the band\, with a huge 2024 on the horizon\, with new tunes\, gigs and major festivals in the pipeline. Les influences de chacun ont pu mener à une nouvelle vision du rock. Après avoir peint ses paysages sonores au sein de la scène parisienne\, le groupe a autoproduit son premier EP\, Elephant in Castle début 2020. Remarqué et supporté sur les réseaux sociaux\, cette sortie a notamment été soutenue par Virgil Abloh. Les sonorités d’Unisun mêlent synthétiseurs analogiques et guitares 70’s avec des méthodes de production modernes. En live\, le groupe embarque l’audience dans un voyage pop aux accents psychédéliques.\nLes membres d’Unisun sont polyvalent. Victor Santoni (28 ans) est co-compositeur\, chanteur\, claviériste et guitariste. Il est docteur en géographie sur l’utilisation des MSGU. Lucas Santoni (25 ans) est co-compositeur\, mixeur et guitariste lead du groupe. Il est mannequin homme à Elite Paris\, Photogenics L.A. et Nevs Londres. Angelo Gatti (25 ans) est claviériste et chanteur. Il est designer graphique indépendant après son passage à Louis Vuitton studio homme. Dimitri Stolbowsky (30 ans) est bassiste. Il est vidéaste à la Brigade des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Paris ainsi que réalisateur indépendant.\nAprès son introspection sur le passage de l’enfance à l’âge adulte avec Elephant in Castle\, le groupe travaille sur son prochain projet\, Universe qui traite de manière surréaliste de la recherche de vérités.
