DESCRIPTION:WELCOME TO SUPERSONIC\nConcerts gratuits\, Nuits rock et Disquaire à Paris ! \n \nCette soirée plaira forcément aux fans de Black Rebel Motorcycle Club\, Black Rainbows & The Dead Weather 😉 \nSPIRIT MOTHER\n(Heavy rock – Giant Rock Records – Los Angeles\, USA)\nSpirit Mother is a heavy-psych drenched\, American rock band originally from Long Beach\, CA\, but relocated to an isolated ranch house in the high-desert of Eastern Oregon.\nThe band received critical praise for their first album\, Cadets (“a distinct chance we’ll look back on this as an early gem from a band going places” – Sleeping Shaman) and continued with a series of cool output including covers of Leonard Cohen’s “Everybody Knows“ and also of Roky Ericson’s “Cold Night For Alligators”; the latter released as part of their Live at Volcom Studios EP.\nIn 2020 Spirit Mother were tapped for a pandemic project to create a live record/concert film in the style of Pink Floyd’s Live at Pompeii. Formé en 2021 en pleine crise du Covid et composé de quatre membres\, le groupe puise ses inspirations dans le rock progressif américain de Tool\, dans le Stoner grec comme dans le rock anglais ainsi que dans les effluves de la scène de Seattle\, Alice in Chains en tête de file.
