DESCRIPTION:▬ Le Supersonic présente ▬ \n \n▬▬▬ ENTREE LIBRE JUSQU’A 23H ▬▬▬▬ \n→ MONARCHY\n(Synth Pop – UK/AUS) \nFormé en 2009\, Monarchy\, le duo originaire d’Australie de Synthpop\, a sorti son troisième album\, « Mid:Night »\, le 18 janvier 2019. Composé de 8 morceaux\, l’album explore une variété de thèmes tels que le sexe\, l’amour\, la luxure et les conflits\, le tout avec un son indéniablement accrocheur.\n« Le concept de l’album provient du titre Mid:Night. C’est un temps entre deux émotions. Vous pouvez être chez vous et vous préparer à sortir. Ou vous êtes chez vous\, et vous vous apprêtez à rester. C’est cette période de transition\, que nous aimons beaucoup. » – Monarchy\nMaintenant londonien\, Monarchy est composé de Ra Black et Andrew Armstrong. Ils se sont rencontrés en 2009 et ont immédiatement commencé à créer de la musique ensemble. Leur premier album\, sorti en 2011 a reçu d’excellentes critiques de The Guardian et NME. La popularité du groupe a continué d’augmenter avec leur second album (sorti en 2015) incluant le single « Disintegration » avec la star du burlesque Dita Von Teese. Moving from Vancouver to the UK in the late 2000s\, Soft Riot came into full being\, having released a couple of acclaimed albums and EPs and staging numerous tours around Europe.\nUsing an arsenal of synthesizers and effects\, Soft Riot’s sound is an amalgamation of JJD’s personal experience with music\, containing elements of synthesiser-based film soundtracks\, romantic italo-style flourishes\, throbbing arpeggiations and angular\, psychedelic synth-pop all tied together with an underlying tension.
