DESCRIPTION:WELCOME TO SUPERSONIC\nConcerts gratuits\, Nuits rock et Disquaire à Paris ! \n \nKUNGENS MÄN\n(Kraut rock – Stockholm\, SWE)\nThe band started out in 2012 in Stockholm\, Sweden\, when a bunch of good friends decided to bring some instruments when hanging out. The random jam sessions became more and more regular and soon Kungens Män started recording it all\, completely unfiltered and without safety nets. The music soon found its way to the internet and a buzz occurred\, connecting with listeners all over the globe.\nSo\, in 2022 Kungens Män has existed as a band for 10 years. What started out with the sole purpose of hanging out as friends\, occasionally with instruments in tow\, has resulted in records on several labels and numerous European tours. The fundamental idea has never changed though – to get immersed in sound\, and let the drone be the main trail taking the band to inner space – may it be through folkish melodies\, noise\, shoegaze sheets\, free jazz outbursts\, motorik beats or just good old head melting rock. And of course\, it’s all improvised on the spot.\nThe inspiration comes from the drone\, the rattle of the loose screw\, the circuit failure of the effects\, the phatness of the moog and from the very diverse wiring of a bunch of middle aged Swedish freaks. Kungens Män never plan the next musical move – it presents itself. Sometimes the costume sewn is really ugly\, but somehow there’s always room for the sublime as you turn it inside out.\nhttps://www.kungensljudochbild.com/\nhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe4Be__EIqDABC5LwFBEypQ \nEPIQ\n(Afropunkworld – Mrs Sound – Angoulême\, FR)\nEPIQ – trio instrumental afro\, world\, punk\, métal et bien plus encore – combine à la basse et aux interludes dadaïstes « Laurent Paradot » (Gâtechien\, Captain Parade…)\, aux fûts et cymbales le talentueux « Mat Gaz » (Mars Red Sky\, James Leg…) et au balafon intervient un étrange et habile percussionniste répondant au sobriquet de « Bunard ».\nUne aventure EPIQue expérimentale abracadabrantesque ! Leurs influences vont du Jazz de « Tigran Hamasyan » au Metal de Béhémoth\, en passant par les rythmes africains guinéens. Le métalleux aura son lot de double pédale saupoudré de quelques blast\, sa cousine y trouvera sa dose de Dance Floor\, son cousin son quota de burlesque et ses parents les prendront pour des hippies mal embouchés.
