Le nom du groupe pourrait paraitre aléatoire -cela est totalement le cas- . Kitano Graffiti\, un hommage à la pop et la street culture (il aurait aussi bien pu s’appeler skateboard kamehameha) et les graffitis\, c’est cool. Niveau catégorisation\, un juste milieu de fusion entre post-punk\, garage\, emo\, des touches de metal avec une forte volonté de groove pop derrière. Le résultat est sombre et énergique\, engagé et mélancolique. Bleakness s’empare de l’atmosphère des premières heures du gothique et y injecte une forte dose de rage hardcore punk.\nA l’image de la musique\, les paroles sont un constat noir de l’époque que nous vivons. « Life At A Standstill » est un recueil de récits de vie d’une génération oppressée et en colère.
