DESCRIPTION:Le Supersonic présente… \n \n→ THISQUIETARMY\n(Drone shoegaze post-rock – Consouling Sounds\, Midira Records – Montréal\, CA) \nTHISQUIETARMY is a guitar-based drone project from Montreal. By combining melodic\, textural and rhythmic elements of ambient/post-rock\, cold-wave/shoegaze\, post-punk/krautrock\, black/doom metal\, thisquietarmy creates a wide range of dynamic soundscapes which oscillates between dreamy minimalism and heavily-layered walls of sound\, occasionally further deepened by pulsating electronic industrial beats.
